Presentations are given by the Project Team - semi formal presentations to show the project's key deliverable elements, cost and time plan and execution strategy.  
Seminars are arranged in small groups depending on subject matter. The seminars may be a combination of physical meetings, telephone conferences or web conferences.
Physical meetings will in general be limited to around 6 to 8 people.
There will be ad hoc follow up seminars organised as needed.
