Welcome ... and thanks for taking a look at PHC and how it can play a part in the transition towards a Resource Based Economy (RBE).
We are looking for people in all industries and all work disciplines to take part in an experiment of 'free training' on how to apply PHC principles to the problems of businesses, projects and business processes everywhere.
The history of the development of PHC to this point is long and full of interesting twists and turns. A large part of the training is concerned with how it has developed and why, because the many and varied failures we have endured are lessons learned and essential for complete understanding of where we are going with PHC.
You will also find a lot of practical 'real world' content along the way and a gradual realisation will emerge that 'I can do this! on a real project, producing real value - and being paid for it in proportion to my efforts and accumulated experience'.
Looking far ahead, this 'experiment' will set the scene for propagation of PHC as an absorbing and interesting 'profession' that anyone can move into after redundancy through automation, or immediately after graduation from school or college.
"Early Project Completion" - A phrase that can strike fear into the very heart of the 'money sensitive' Contractor. But a positive affirmation for Managers, Engineers, Administrators and Anciliary Workers in the world of PHC, where early finish means more money.
The preceeding paragrap is typical of PHC's intentions for the Oil & Gas industry where PHC development has spent most of it's time. What we have been trying to do is implement a methodology for INCREDIBLE savings in project time and cost, in an industry where that is the LAST THING that is wanted or needed!
Can you see why it hasn't taken off?
Well, since the death of Barry Briggs, a much respected friend and colleaque in the development of PHC, and then my own recent discovery of the concept of the Resource Based Economy [RBE] and Universal Basic Income [UBI] as a tool for achieving it, my eyes were opened wide! The realisation that the PHC Engineer is the fall back role for anyone receiving the UBI, was a 'eureka' moment.
Your participation in this experiment is the start of a HUGE phenomenon where people trained in PHC will be automatically primed for their part in 'PHC enabled' projects. Your efforts will help to shape the training, which will you will find a sharp contrast from what you are used to! This is not a conventional training format or method!
